Upon This Rock A+ Academy was created by a ministry that had already spent years walking with the families of New Haven. What began as care for children in the neighborhood grew into a place where learning, faith and belonging live together every day.

The Academy exists inside a ministry that has served New Haven through worship, outreach, youth development, education, community assistance and shelter work.
That history shapes how we teach. Children here are not visitors to a program — they are part of a community that has invested in this neighborhood for years and intends to keep investing in it.
